Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g Ebly
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 5 m.-large tomato(s)
- 2 medium-sized peppers, orange
- 1 can of corn
- 2 stalks of spring onion(s)
- 3 bags of ready-made salad mix (pepper herbs)
- 130 ml rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cook the Ebly until al dente, then rinse with cold water, then let it cool completely. Meanwhile, combine the ready-made mix with the rapeseed oil and let it swell. Rinse the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Mix everything together and let it sit at room temperature for a good half hour. It goes perfectly with grilled chicken.
