Easter Egg on Colorful Salad Nest

The perfect easter egg on colorful salad nest recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • 8 small Warm jacket potatoes
  • 8 small Chopped dill
  • 8 small Chopped parsley
  • 8 small Farm eggs
  • 8 small Salt and pepper
  • 8 small Oil
  • 8 small Vinegar
  1. Wash and dry the cucumber and peppers, peel the jacket potatoes while hot and dice everything and chop the potatoes, season with salt & pepper.
  2. Wash the herbs, spin dry, chop them up and add to the salad.
  3. Top off with oil and vinegar.
  4. Hard-boil the eggs, quench and peel them off.

Serving

  1. Put the salad on the plates, cut one egg on top of the salad and just enjoy.
