Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • herbs, Italian

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the fish, add salt and pepper, and place it in a casserole dish or microwave-safe dish with a lid. Peel and dice the onions. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Drain the liquid from the corn. Mix the vegetables and spread them over the fish. Season lightly with salt and pepper, add the bay leaf, and sprinkle with herbs. Finally, pour the cream over the fish. Cover the casserole dish with microwave wrap (or a microwave-safe dish with a lid) and cook. Microwave: 600 watts / 20 minutes. Leave covered for another 10 minutes after cooking and serve with boiled potatoes.
