Colorful Mashed Potatoes
The perfect colorful mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 3 Servings Mashed potatoes
- Cooked broccoli or other vegetable scraps
- Salt
- Peel and finely dice the onion, clean and chop the mushrooms.
- Fry the onion cubes in a little oil, add the mushrooms and fry them.
- Vegetable leftovers from the day before, for me it was broccoli, possibly cut into small pieces and add to the mushrooms.
- Stir the mashed potatoes into the vegetables and warm up while stirring, season with salt.
- Can be eaten again as a side dish or with just a sauce as the main meal. As a main meal, leftover meat or sausages can also be added in if there are any.
