Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Blueberries fresh
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 0,5 L Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the berries and pat dry. Save a few decorative berries, puree in a blender and add the juice of the squeezed lemon. Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with sugar and vanilla sugar and fold into the blueberries. Rinse a shallow bowl with cold water and pour in the mixture.
  • Let harden in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Peel off the cream and divide it into chilled glasses. Garnish with the decorative fruits.
