Frozen Berry Cream
The perfect frozen berry cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Blueberries fresh
- 0,5 piece Lemon fresh
- 0,5 liter Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Wash the berries and pat dry. Save a few decorative berries, puree in a blender and add the juice of the squeezed lemon. Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with sugar and vanilla sugar and fold into the blueberries. Rinse a shallow bowl with cold water and pour in the mixture.
- Let harden in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Peel off the cream and divide it into chilled glasses. Garnish with the decorative fruits.
