Less Than 30 Minutes: Colorful Mashed Potatoes on Pork Sausage
The perfect less than 30 minutes: colorful mashed potatoes on pork sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Farmer sausages
- 4 medium sized Waxy potatoes
- 1 packet Mixed butter vegetables Tk
- Salt
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Glass Homemade ketchup *
- Basil to garnish
- Milk to put in
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Put the mixed vegetables in a saucepan, quarter the potatoes on top, add a little water and bring the whole thing to a boil, when it boils, reduce the heat and simmer gently.
- When this is done, the water is also simmered, then just mash it to a pulp with a tamper, add nutmeg and, if necessary, a little salt (I like to use my homemade vegetable stock to season), maybe add a little butter to refine it. Now keep the whole thing warm.
- I put the sausages in milk beforehand (about 1/2 hour so they don’t burst when frying (you can also roll them in flour before frying – was a nice tip from “Miss Ellie”). The sausages in hot buttered rapeseed oil Fry and then arrange the plates.
- * Supplies: Tomatoes – Peppers – Ketchup
