Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 6 mushrooms
- 500 g turkey breast
- 1 can of corn
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 1 pack of salad seasoning mix (salad herbs)
- some fresh basil, finely chopped
- Pepper from the mill
- 40 ml oil
- 60 ml vinegar
- 50 ml water
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim the iceberg lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and slice them. Peel the cucumber and dice them. Drain the mozzarella and dice it. Place these ingredients in a salad bowl. Drain the corn and add it along with some finely chopped basil leaves. Trim the mushrooms. Cut the turkey breast into pieces. Add the mushrooms to the bowl with the ingredients and brown the meat in a hot pan. Add them to the bowl and mix. For the sauce, put a little oil and more vinegar in a measuring jug and mix with water. Then add the spice mix, herbs, pepper, and salt and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the bowl, stir, and let it sit for about 30 minutes. If you like, you can eat it with warm bread.
