Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and dice the bell pepper. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a marinade. Then add the vegetables to the marinade.
