Colorful Mushroom Vegetables Pan Purely Vegetable

The perfect colorful mushroom vegetables pan purely vegetable recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 Pc. Leeks, leeks
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Hot pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Bd Parsley cut
  1. Prepare vegetables. Cut the carrots, leek, mushrooms and garlic into slices, cut the onion into 1/2 rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep pan or wok, fry the carrots for approx. 3 minutes, add the leek, onion and garlic for another 3 minutes. Then fry the mushrooms. Add the parsley, paprika powder and turmeric, top up with the vegetable stock. Simmer gently until the mushrooms are cooked through.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
  4. Suitable as a main course and also as a side dish.
