Colorful Mushroom Vegetables Pan Purely Vegetable
The perfect colorful mushroom vegetables pan purely vegetable recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 1 Pc. Leeks, leeks
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Hot pepper
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Bd Parsley cut
- Prepare vegetables. Cut the carrots, leek, mushrooms and garlic into slices, cut the onion into 1/2 rings.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan or wok, fry the carrots for approx. 3 minutes, add the leek, onion and garlic for another 3 minutes. Then fry the mushrooms. Add the parsley, paprika powder and turmeric, top up with the vegetable stock. Simmer gently until the mushrooms are cooked through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
- Suitable as a main course and also as a side dish.
