Minced Meat with Potatoes and Peas
The perfect minced meat with potatoes and peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 250 g Waxy potatoes
- 250 ml Beef broth
- 150 g Green frozen peas
- 4 tbsp Cooking oil
- 3 middle Onion
- 3 Pc. Chili peppers, chilli peppers
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 3 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp. Chili powder
- 2 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp. Ginger powder
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the raw potato into cubes about 2 cm, chop the onion, garlic and chili peppers. Season the minced meat and mix well with the chili peppers, garlic, ginger, paprika, cumin and chili powder. The desired spiciness is determined with the chilli peppers.
- Heat oil in a larger pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the minced meat, fry until crispy (about 5 minutes), add the beef broth and bring to the boil once.
- Add the tomato paste, the potatoes and the frozen peas, bring the broth to the boil again briefly, pepper, maybe add a little more salt and cover and simmer over a low heat for about 15 or 20 minutes (until the potatoes are done).
