Vegetable Bolognese

The perfect vegetable bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potato
  • 2 Pc. Red peppers
  • 2 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 200 g Beans
  • 1 bunch Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Clean and peel the vegetables. Then dice everything. First the onions are steamed in the pan and then the radishes.
  2. Gradually sauté all the other ingredients. Stir in the tomato paste and tomato paste, season and simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid closed. It is a question of taste, how soft or firm you want your vegetables to be 🙂
