Vegetable Bolognese
The perfect vegetable bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potato
- 2 Pc. Red peppers
- 2 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 bunch Fresh radishes
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 200 g Beans
- 1 bunch Carrots
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 packet Sieved tomatos
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Clean and peel the vegetables. Then dice everything. First the onions are steamed in the pan and then the radishes.
- Gradually sauté all the other ingredients. Stir in the tomato paste and tomato paste, season and simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid closed. It is a question of taste, how soft or firm you want your vegetables to be 🙂
