Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bag(s) of cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 1 meat sausage (if you like)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in hot, salted water. Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms, and dice the bell peppers. Finely chop the carrots, too. Dice the onion. If you like it with sausage, dice the sausage. Stir the egg into the sour cream. Stir in the onion as well. Now stir in a tablespoon of vegetable stock powder, taste, and stir in the rest if needed. Layer the cooked pasta, mixed vegetables (and sausage) and sauce in a baking dish, alternating layers. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle the whole thing with plenty of gratin cheese. Then bake in the oven at around 170 degrees Celsius until the cheese is golden brown.
