Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, colored
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 1 jar mushrooms (sliced)
- 5 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g cheese, Emmental (grated)
- e.g. parsley
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the mixed pasta and, in the meantime, drain the mushrooms in a colander. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season generously. Dice the ham. Drain the pasta and mix well in a greased casserole dish with the ham and pizza tomatoes. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. If desired, you can also serve it with tomato sauce. Serve with salad.
