Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g penne
- 2 bell peppers (red+yellow)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 pack of cheese (gratin cheese)
- spring onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Oil (olive oil)
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta and let it cool. Add the finely chopped bell peppers and spring onions. Halve the cherry tomatoes if they’re too large. Mix in the tuna and gratin cheese and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
