Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 ½ cans of tuna in spicy vegetables, approx. 185 g each
- 1 can of corn, approx. 300 g
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek, depending on the desired spiciness
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 bags of long grain rice and wild rice, 250 g each
- 1 shallot(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool. Peel the shallot, cucumber, and carrot and dice them into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill for about 2 hours.
