Mango tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can of tuna (natural)
  • ½ can mango(s) (collect juice)
  • 100 ml sauce (sambal sauce)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the rice as usual and add it to a bowl. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them into small pieces. Add the shredded tuna to the rice. Cut the mango and chili pepper into small pieces. Mix all ingredients well. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients with approximately 50 ml of mango juice and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Season to taste.
