Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 gherkins
- 1 tomato(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 apple
- 8 tbsp canned corn
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 2 cup(s) noodles, cooked
- 1 small can of olives
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 8 tsp mayonnaise (20% fat)
- 2 tbsp cucumber juice
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- some dill
- some parsley, chopped
- some chives, cut into rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
light pasta salad, mixed
Dice the gherkins, tomato, cucumber, onion, and apple. Mix with the corn, tuna, chopped olives, mushrooms, and cooked pasta. Dressing: Mix the gherkin juice with the mayonnaise. Add the parsley, chives, and dill. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix everything together.
