National recipe from Sweden, incredibly delicious

Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt. Fry in a little peanut oil until golden brown, then add the bacon and diced onion and fry briefly. Deglaze with a little soy sauce, the cream, and the crème fraîche and bring to a simmer. Briefly fry the thinly sliced mushrooms in a separate pan with a little oil. Add the mushrooms to the meat. Season to taste with a little chili powder, garam masala, and the sweet chili sauce. Transfer everything to a baking dish and place the two thinly sliced bananas on top. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, add the chopped peanuts. We serve it with basmati rice.
