Colorful potato chili

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ red bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 120 g tomato sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 70 g corn and kidney bean mix from the can
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the yellow and red bell peppers into small pieces. Slice the potatoes and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes. Turn occasionally. Add the bell peppers. Pour in the tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add the corn, kidney bean, and mixed vegetables. Chop the spring onions and add them as well. Heat everything through and season with salt and pepper.
