- 400g sausage, leftovers, or leftover roast pork….
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp lard or fat
- 600 g potatoes, cooked
- salt and pepper
- marjoram

Instructions

a clever Tyrolean G’restl
Dice the onion, meat, and leftover sausage. Heat the pan, sauté the onion, add the meat and sausage cubes, and cook. Add the thinly sliced potatoes. Season and serve.
