Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 420 g potatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 120 g corn
- 1 sprig of basil
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Wash and peel the potatoes, peel the garlic, wash and trim the bell pepper, and cut everything into small cubes. Wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash the basil, pick off the leaves, and slice into strips. Drain the corn. Melt the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes. Add all the ingredients one at a time, fry, and season. Sprinkle with basil to finish.
