Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g butter
- 65 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 500 g cream cheese
- 400 g whipped cream
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pack of red jelly (not instant powder)
- 1 pack of green jelly (not instant powder)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes
Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until fluffy, add the remaining dough ingredients and mix everything into a creamy batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes (use a skewer to test if done). Let the base cool for 2-3 hours, then place it on a cake plate and place a cake ring around it. Mix the quark with the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Divide the cream into two portions. Fill two cups with boiled hot water and stir the red jelly into one cup and the green jelly into the other. Let it cool and then mix a portion of the cream into each portion. Pour the green cream mixture onto the cake base and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Now pour the red cream mixture onto the slightly set green mixture and smooth it down. Refrigerate the cake again for about 2 hours.
