Colorful Quinoa Salad with Dandelions
The perfect colorful quinoa salad with dandelions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cooked quinoa
- 2 handful Sliced celery stalk
- 1 Red Grated paprika
- 1 green Sliced cucumber
- 1 ostrich Fresh dandelions
- Salt pepper
- Oil and vinegar of your choice
Preparations
- Wash the vegetables and cut them to size, shape and length according to your mood.
- Put the quinoa in a bowl, it can still be a little warm and add the sliced vegetables, round off everything with salt & pepper.
- Finally fold in the washed and cut dandelion and refine it at the table with vinegar and oil (I used orange vinegar and linseed oil) and enjoy.
