Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder if needed
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the rice in a pot of water. Cook with the stock cube; the rice shouldn’t get too soft. Drain. Peel the onion and trim the bell pepper. Finely dice both and sauté in a pan until the onions are translucent. Add the spices and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the diced ham and corn and wait until everything is evenly heated. Add the rice and mix with the remaining ingredients. Once the rice is hot, plate and serve.
