- 2 cloves garlic

- some balsamic vinegar

Clean and chop all the fresh ingredients. Drain the corn. Mix everything well in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, if desired. This is an ideal gift for barbecues. Tip: If you prefer to serve the salad with flatbread, white bread, ciabatta, or rolls, you can also add 2 cans of tuna, 250g grated cheese, and 500g al dente pasta.
