- 3 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp corn
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful of parsley, chopped

an Arabic salad recipe from my father
Finely dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Add the corn and mix everything well. Add the parsley, then top with sesame paste (e.g., from Moroccan/Turkish stores), a pinch of salt, and olive oil. Mix everything well again.
