Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
- 200 g radishes, finely sliced
- 200 g cucumber(s), green, diced
- 200 g tomatoes, diced
- 250 g iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 100 g gherkins, diced
- 100 g pearl onion(s), quartered
- 100 ml broth from the pickle jar
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey, spicy
- 1 tsp, levelled pepper, white
- ½ tsp chili flakes, dried, without seeds
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with a fresh dressing
Wash and trim the vegetables and herbs, then chop as directed. Combine the salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, and toss to combine. Season the salad with salt, if desired, before serving.
