Colorful salad made from all kinds of vegetables

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 200 g radishes, finely sliced
  • 200 g cucumber(s), green, diced
  • 200 g tomatoes, diced
  • 250 g iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 100 g gherkins, diced
  • 100 g pearl onion(s), quartered
  • 100 ml broth from the pickle jar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey, spicy
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, white
  • ½ tsp chili flakes, dried, without seeds
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with a fresh dressing

Wash and trim the vegetables and herbs, then chop as directed. Combine the salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, and toss to combine. Season the salad with salt, if desired, before serving.
