Colorful salad with Indian dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 apple
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small can of corn (sweet corn)
  • ½ feta cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, and radishes. Peel the cucumber and slice it. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and dice them. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into thin strips. Quarter the radishes. Finely slice the iceberg lettuce. Dice the feta cheese. Peel 1 onion and slice it into thin strips. Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Place everything in a large bowl. Drain the corn and add it to the bowl. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, milk, and curry until slightly thickened. Peel 1 onion and dice it. Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple. Add both to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
