Colorful Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

The perfect colorful tomato and mozzarella salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Red tomatoes
  • 300 g Tomatoes yellow
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Fresh avocado
  • 50 g Onion
  • Tomato spice
  1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into approx. 0.5-1cm cubes. Cut the avocado into 5cm cubes. Finely dice / chop the onion.
  2. Mix everything and season with tomato seasoning / tomato salt. It is best to prepare fresh so that the salad does not draw too much water.

Tip about spices

  1. Alternatively, you can of course also take salt, pepper, paprika, basil and rosemary. Or herbs and spices according to popular but I currently like the ready-made tomato salt mixture.

Tip on this

  1. I think crispbread with hummus is very tasty with it, but the salad goes with a lot of other things too;)
