Ingredients
- 3 Tomatoes
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 1 Garlic bulbs
- Sea salt
- Colorful pepper
- Basil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Dill
- Lemon balm fresh
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
Instructions
- First wash the tomatoes into slices and then cut them into cubes, cut out the flower base. Season the tomatoes with plenty of pepper and salt.
- Peel the onion, chop it finely and add it,
- Drain and finely dice the mozzarella and add to the tomatoes.
- Wash the basil, shred it roughly and stir in. Now season with vinegar and sugar and finally add a drop of olive oil and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh chopped herbs.
