Tomato Salad with Mozzarella and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 1 Garlic bulbs
  • Sea salt
  • Colorful pepper
  • Basil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Dill
  • Lemon balm fresh
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First wash the tomatoes into slices and then cut them into cubes, cut out the flower base. Season the tomatoes with plenty of pepper and salt.
  • Peel the onion, chop it finely and add it,
  • Drain and finely dice the mozzarella and add to the tomatoes.
  • Wash the basil, shred it roughly and stir in. Now season with vinegar and sugar and finally add a drop of olive oil and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh chopped herbs.
