Tomato, Celery and Romaine Salad with Dates and Mozzarella

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Celery
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 200 g Dates pitted and dried
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • Olive oil, white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, lemon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash and clean the celery and cut into strips. Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Cut the dates into slices. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  • Prepare a salad dressing from olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, coarsely ground lemon pepper and a little water. Add all ingredients - except for the mozzarella cubes - mix well and leave to stand for a while.
  • Arrange the salad on plates, add the mozzarella cubes and top with a round of lemon pepper.
