Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 200 g sugar snap peas
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the meat, pat dry, and dice. Wash and trim the vegetables. Cut the peppers and onions into strips, and slice the carrots. Brown the meat in oil, add the vegetables, and fry. Roughly chop the peanuts and add them. Deglaze with the broth and milk. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, lime juice, and chili powder. Serve with rice.
