Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- ½ tsp pepper, freshly ground
- 50 g feta cheese

Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces. First, briefly fry the onion in olive oil, then fry the carrot and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add the zucchini, crush the garlic clove, and fry it too. Season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat slightly, and fry for another 5 minutes. Now add the tomato and roughly sprinkle the feta cheese over the vegetable pan. Cover and sauté over low heat for another 5 minutes. This vegetable pan is perfect as a side dish to fish, meat, pasta, or potatoes. Broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, or other vegetables also go very well with this vegetable pan.
