Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 50 g sugar, brown

- 5 tbsp instant coffee powder (espresso powder)

- 100 g butter
- 250 g sour cream
- 200 g cream
- 2 eggs
- 150 g chocolate coating (dark chocolate coating), chopped
- 400 g powdered sugar
- 250 g chocolate coating (dark chocolate coating)
- 125 g butter
- 80 g cream, more if needed
- some salt
- some cocoa powder
- some powdered sugar
- e.g. chocolate, (mocha beans)
Instructions

a fine creation for coffee lovers – for 18 pieces
Makes 18. Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the batter, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, coffee powder, and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter and beat it with the cream and eggs until creamy. Then stir it into the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the chopped dark chocolate. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. For the frosting, melt the butter and 200g of chocolate coating and let it cool briefly. Melt the remaining 50g and then stir in. Stir in the cream and salt and pour into a bowl with the powdered sugar. Beat the mixture until smooth, adding more cream if desired. Pipe the frosting onto the cooled muffins using a piping bag and decorate as desired.
