Drizzle each of the Harz cheese with ½ tbsp olive oil. Spread the freshly grated horseradish (1 tbsp) over the onion and cucumber slices. Season both plates well with sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches). Garnish the onions with the sheep’s cheese pieces. Serve brightly colored Harz cheese with farmer’s bread. A cold beer goes well with it.
