Ingredients

marinade

  • 4 piece Harz cheese from the roll
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 1 piece Pickled cucumber
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the Regensburger and cut into thin slices, also cut the cheese into thin slices. Arrange the sausage and cheese slices alternately on a plate, leaving the center free. Put the ingredients mentioned under marinade in a screw-top jar and shake well. Spread a little marinade over the sausage and cheese slices with a brush (the rest will keep in the fridge for about a week).
  • Finely dice the pickled cucumber, mix with a few drops of marinade and place part in the center of the plate, distribute the rest over the sausage and cheese. Dice the shallot and also distribute the dice on the plate. Serve with pretzels, farmer's bread or fried potatoes (the latter a part enough) and beer or herbal lemonade.
