Ingredients
 

  • 2 roll Harz cheese `a 125g
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 4 Discs Bacon
  • 0,5 pot Chives

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Harz cheese into thick slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry them in a hot pan until crispy. Season the vinegar with salt and pepper. Beat in the oil, mix together the Harz cheese, onion rings, caraway seeds and bacon. Pour the marinade over the top. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Sprinkle over the cheese salad. Farmhouse bread with crackling lard tastes good with it
