Confectionery: Bailey’s Balls
The perfect confectionery: bailey’s balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Sweet crumbs *
- 50 g Butter
- 150 g White couverture
- 60 ml Baileys
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- The crumbs *: They can be ladyfingers, but also other biscuits or dry biscuits, rusks or speculoos.
- Crush the couverture and melt it together with the butter in a water bath.
- Add the breadcrumbs, salt and Baileys and stir well. Chill for an hour.
- Form cherry-sized balls with damp hands, roll them in vanilla sugar and store in the refrigerator until consumed (given away).
