Confectionery: Bailey’s Balls

The perfect confectionery: bailey’s balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Sweet crumbs *
  • 50 g Butter
  • 150 g White couverture
  • 60 ml Baileys
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. The crumbs *: They can be ladyfingers, but also other biscuits or dry biscuits, rusks or speculoos.
  2. Crush the couverture and melt it together with the butter in a water bath.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs, salt and Baileys and stir well. Chill for an hour.
  4. Form cherry-sized balls with damp hands, roll them in vanilla sugar and store in the refrigerator until consumed (given away).
