Confetti cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 330 g sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 350 g flour
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • possibly cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for a child’s birthday party, a homemade creation

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate and decorative confetti thoroughly. Melt the chocolate and stir in well. Finally, briefly fold in the decorative confetti with a spoon. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, frost with milk icing and sprinkle with some decorative confetti. This batter makes enough for one baking sheet!
