  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Made easy

In a bowl, combine all the dough ingredients (flour is best added last). Knead the dough for a few minutes, adding more flour if needed. Cut the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out the dough into thin slices with a rolling pin, place the tomato sauce and mozzarella in the center, and fold into shape. Fry the filled pizzas in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil (not too much) over low heat for about 10 minutes on each side.
