Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 500 g cream cheese, 40% fat
  • 150 g sour cream butter
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • n. B. Salt, uniodized

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

without cooking

Thoroughly mix the baking soda and quark. Let the mixture rest for 3 hours. Melt the butter and stir it into the mixture. Add the cumin and fish sauce, and season with salt if desired. Tip: Goes well with farmhouse bread or to enhance dishes.
