Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs, including the yolks, hard-boiled
- 100 g sausage (cooked salami)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the minced or finely chopped sausage and season with salt to taste. Finally, stir in the finely chopped parsley and spread the mixture on slices of white bread.
