Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g white chocolate
  • 500 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g biscuits
  • 1 handful of desiccated coconut or chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Use up leftover cookies

Line a shallow bowl with baking paper. Melt one type of chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour it into the bowl and spread it out if necessary. Spread the whole cookies evenly over the chocolate. Melt the second type of chocolate, pour it over the layer of cookies and spread it out evenly if necessary. Now spread the decorations on the still melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours, depending on the thickness of the chocolate. Lift the chocolate out of the bowl using the baking paper and remove the baking paper. If necessary, break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Store in an airtight cookie tin, lunch box or foil, or eat immediately. Tip: If you don’t have any cookies, you can also use cornflakes or something similar.
