Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g cake leftovers
  • 100 g jam, to taste
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring
  • 50 g cocoa powder, heavily deoiled
  • 20 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate decoration (chocolate sprinkles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix cake scraps with jam (a little more jam if needed, depending on the moisture content of the cake scraps), cocoa powder, rum flavoring, and sugar to taste. Form into balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Place in paper muffin cups. And that’s it. Sometimes I bake a special marble cake for this.
