Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 50 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 180 g butter
- 4 drops of flavoring (lemon or rum flavoring)
- 200 g powdered sugar
- ½ bottle of rum flavoring
- ½ tbsp water or, instead of rum flavoring and water
- 3 tsp rum
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
delicate cookies
Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for about 2 hours. Then, on a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out shapes using any cutters you like. Place the cookies on two baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes. Make a rum or lemon glaze and brush it over the cooled cookies.
