Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • Cayenne pepper
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Clean the mushrooms and dice them into small cubes. Thinly slice the garlic. Finely dice the onion. Heat the olive oil and add the onions. When the onions are lightly browned, add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook everything over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste with the sour cream. Add the mushroom mixture and mix everything together. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, herb salt, and pepper. The spread tastes particularly good on whole-grain or farmhouse bread. This spread is also suitable for food combining, as the sour cream and mushrooms are neutral.
