Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour type 405
  • 170 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Raw cookie dough for immediate enjoyment

To make the flour safe for eating raw, heat the flour in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer until the batter is no longer lumpy. The batter can be scooped out immediately. Any leftovers should be refrigerated.
