Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (400 g)
  • 1 pack of cookies (Oreo cookies)
  • 500 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cookies and Cream

Crush the cookies thoroughly. Add the condensed milk. Whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the whipped cream with the condensed milk and cookie mixture. Pour into a bowl and freeze until ready to serve.
