Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (macheroncini)
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small chili pepper(s)
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 50 ml vodka
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp, heaped Parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet

Cook the maccheroncini in salted water according to the package instructions until about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, then drain. Brown the minced meat, crumbled into very small pieces, in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste, and set aside. Finely chop the chili, garlic, and onion and brown them in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the minced meat, tomatoes, crème fraîche, parsley, and vodka and mix well. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with 1 teaspoon of salt and a little freshly ground pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the drained pasta and simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve.
