Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 banana(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mash the banana and knead it with the other ingredients to form a shortcrust pastry. This is best done by hand. The dough is only easy to work with cold, so chill it for 15-30 minutes afterward if necessary. Preheat the oven to 150°C fan-assisted (175°C with conventional heat). Meanwhile, using a meat grinder with the appropriate attachment, shape the cold dough into shortcrust pastries and place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the shortcrust pastries are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
